Looking for your dream job?
. It had been many years since I was in the job market, so when I set out in search of a new position, I was unfamiliar with the terrain; it was intimidating. Jen’s help was invaluable as she helped me brush up my resume, set up interviews, and put me in contact with the right people. Singularly, though, it was Jen’s coaching that helped me to “tell my story” which ultimately helped me land a new position with a great organization. There are numerous opportunities out there but are you sure you aren’t missing out on the one job that could change your career? That would make a difference in your life?
All of the connections and relationships we’ve made through the years have made health care in this region, a very “small world”, a close-knit group. We constantly find connections between employees (both leadership and staff) that know each other through previous work-related experiences.
When we discuss information about a local company, it is a collective perspective from talking to several people that work at that same company/ health system. Any information shared with us is always kept confidential to the utmost degree. If pushed to divulge, we never share specific names. Our goal is to help others with their careers and not jeopardize their current employment.
We take into account their own personal experiences that they share in order to give an inside perspective and go over what is not stated on the job description.
